**Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Finance Segment (Target-Based)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities in the finance segment to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

3. Conduct in-depth needs analysis and recommend appropriate financial solutions to meet clients' objectives.

4. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to generate business opportunities.

5. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our financial offerings.

6. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

7. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

8. Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a target-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
