**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting ideas to marketing campaigns perform research and data analysis to identify the target audience; further able to segment it based on industry.
- Responsible for **Content Management**, **Digital marketing, Social Media Management**
- Write, compile and proofread the Articles / Newsletters / in-house magazine (Catalysts Connect) etc.
- Contribute in ATL/BTL campaigns and marketing collaterals industry wise / vertical wise.
- Coordinating **promotional activities**, **events and conferences, seminars, booth management** etc.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Managing social media campaigns, maintaining websites and tracking data analytics.

**Desired Personality Traits / Soft Skills / Other Skill Sets**:

- Must have excellent Communication & Presentation Skills in written & verbal.
- Must have hands-on exposure on data compilation, Advanced Excel, PPT & Word and AI tools etc.
- Should have good command on digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords etc.
- Must be good in Relationship management, analytical skills/tools and knowledge of Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
