**Assistant Bartender**

**Position Overview**: The Assistant Bartender at F TV Lounge & Club, Hotel Chenthur Park, Coimbatore, supports the bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences by efficiently managing bar operations. This role involves assisting in drink preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adequate stock levels while upholding the luxury standards of Fashion TV.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Support in Beverage Preparation and Service**:

- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during peak hours.
- Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other essentials needed for beverage service.
- Ensure quick and efficient support to bartenders to maintain service flow.

**2. Bar Setup and Stock Management**:

- Set up the bar stations with required supplies before the shift begins.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory, including spirits, glassware, and garnishes.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert bartenders or managers when supplies are low.

**3. Cleanliness and Sanitation**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including countertops, shelves, and glassware.
- Wash and sanitize glassware, bar tools, and equipment regularly.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

**4. Customer Interaction and Assistance**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist in taking orders during busy periods.
- Engage with guests courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in delivering drinks to tables in collaboration with waitstaff.

**5. Team Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with bartenders, barbacks, and waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate effectively to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

**6. Brand Representation and Service Excellence**:

- Represent the Fashion TV brand by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Assist in creating a luxurious and vibrant bar experience that aligns with brand standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Bartender or Barback in a high-end lounge or club.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, drink garnishing, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
