Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate - Bar Captain

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager/Supervisor

Department: Food and Beverage

Location: Gokulam Park at Coimbatore

Job Summary:
A Bar Captain is responsible for overseeing all bar operations, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and managing bar staff and resources. They ensure guests have a pleasant experience, handle customer issues, maintain the bar's cleanliness, and manage inventory.
- **Operations Management**: Planning, organizing, and controlling bar operations.
- **Staff Supervision**: Overseeing bar staff, including bartenders, and providing training.
- **Customer Service**: Greeting guests, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving complaints.
- **Inventory Management**: Managing alcohol and other bar supplies, restocking, and anticipating needs.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintaining a clean and sanitary bar environment, adhering to safety regulations, and reporting any issues.
- **Financial Management**: Handling cash, balancing drawers, preparing end-of-day reports, and ensuring proper payment processing.
- **Service Standards**: Ensuring all drinks are prepared and served according to standard recipes, and that guests are serviced promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Having a good knowledge of the bar's beverages, including wines, beers, and other alcoholic drinks, to provide recommendations.
- **Staff Development**: Identifying training needs, coaching, and mentoring bar staff.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and staff, including verifying customer age.
- In essence, the Bar Captain acts as a leader within the bar environment, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality service, and a positive guest experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
