**We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Abacus Trainer to join our team**

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging abacus training programs to individuals or groups who want to learn this valuable mental math skill. You will play a key role in helping our students improve their math fluency, problem-solving skills, and concentration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver effective abacus training programs for students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Create engaging lesson plans that utilize a variety of teaching methods to keep students motivated and interested.
- Track student progress, identify areas needing improvement, and provide personalized instruction.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure student learning and program effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
- May also be responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining student records and preparing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of abacus math concepts and proven ability to teach them effectively.
- Experience teaching abacus to children (age range to be specified) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Patience and a passion for helping students succeed.
- A minimum of [mention minimum qualification required, e.g., high school diploma or bachelor's degree in education] is preferred.
