Having launched its own brand “SHIRAG” last year, the company is looking for fresh talent to take it to the next level and to diversify and expand into dry fruits and other food products in addition to spices**. **Company offers good career growth and is hiring individuals seeking challenging roles in a process oriented environment.**

**Roles And Responsibilities:

- **
- **Enrolment of new Retailers.**:

- **Increase width and depth of company’s products at Retailer end.**:

- **Take Retailer feedback regularly and solve their issues.**:

- **Departmental Stores enrolment and management.**:

- **Coordinate with production team and ensure timely delivery of ordered goods.**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets ( Monthly, Quarterly and Annual ).**:

- **Will report to Sales Officer and together plan how to increase sales revenue from a beat based on Market feedback.**
- **Relevant Experience of at least 2 Years In Sales of food items / beverages.**:

- **Experience in Sales of whole spices / spice powders is preferred.**:

- **Proper Knowledge Of Guwahati Market and nearby areas is required.**:

- **Good Team performer.**:

- **Good Negotiation Skills.**:

- **Should Have Own Two Wheeler (mandatory)**

**Salary : Rs 13,000 - Rs 15,000 in hand per month ( CTC of Rs 2 - 2.5 Lakhs per annum )**
