Your responsibilities will include conducting sales presentations, identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the operations/installation team for project delivery. It is essential to stay updated on solar energy products, features, and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Visit potential clients in Tezpur and nearby areas. - Conduct sales presentations and pitches for solar power setups and inverter battery solutions. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and packages. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. - Meet sales targets and provide regular progress reports. - Collaborate with the operations/installation team for smooth project delivery. - Stay updated on solar energy products, features, and benefits. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, batteries, or related fields. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel within Tezpur and nearby areas. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently. - Basic understanding of solar/inverter products (training will be provided).
