**Description** **Job Role**: Cash Application Supervisor** **Compensation**:Best in Industry** **Shift**: Should be flexible to work in US shifts** **Job Location**:Bangalore** **Primary Purpose**: - Measure and track activities to ensure service level metrics are met. Coach team members resulting in personal and professional growth. - Ensure effective communication to stakeholders and flawless delivery of services. - Standardize and improve processes as per the Vision & Strategic objectives set for business. - Participate and drive Global projects **Duties & Responsibilities**: **As a supervisor should have day-to-day knowledge of the process. Following are the duties of the Team members**: - Check bank for daily cash received. - In case of Unapplied cash, follow-up with different stakeholders to obtain details. - Reconcile the cash received vs. cash applied. - Create disputes as indicated on customer remittance. - Assign reason codes to disputes and route to appropriate stakeholders for resolution. - Ensure all cash applied before Month Close - Liaison with the Dispute and Collection team for any reconciliation. - Support auditing requirements. **Supervisory Responsibilities**: - Supervise team of 5 to 7+ cash appliers - Act as escalation point for stakeholders and customers. - Provide training to team members as required. - Lead team to ensure smooth month close working with all stakeholders. - Create and maintain a high performing team. - Monitor and benchmark team performance to stated Role Responsibility & Expectation (RRE). - Interface with internal & external customers and assist them with queries. - Lead the optimization projects with the goal to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness within KGS. - Prepare and provide periodic summary of overall performance. - Ensure that Process and People-related challenges, if any, are addressed suitably through Root Cause Analysis and within the shortest possible time. - Perform performance appraisals of team members and play an active role in all employees related initiatives. - Help management in devising and executing staffing strategies and create robust succession plan. - Create a cohesive work environment that foster healthy completion, relentless focus on controls, compliance, integrity, and improvement of operations. **Education**: - Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com (Hons)] or Any degree specialization in Accounts, MBA, M.Com **Work Experience**: - 8+ years accounting experience in a multinational environment. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in OTC - Experience in supervising teams **Skills & Abilities**: - Good coordination skills - Expert skills in MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Word. - Strong communication skills; oral & written. - Manage high volume in systematic way. - With positive attitude, a team player - Quick learner and can work under pressure. - High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally - Ability to identify gaps and confidence to bring improvement ideas to leaders. - Should be able to display confidence in interacting with stakeholders. - Understand and deliver on agreed SLA’s and KPI’s - highlight potential risks in advance and ensure all compliance and controls are being met. - Ability to drive projects & achieving monthly SLAs. - Experience in Transitioning / Setting up Accounting Processes in Shared Service Delivery Model. - Managing Team size of 7+ **PREFERRED**: - Overseas work experience or Transition experience - Working in a multinational client environment. - Experience in /Exposure to Robotics, Analytics - Exposure to any of the Global ERPs (SAP / S4 Hanna, Oracle, Infinium etc.,) “Koch is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace" **JOB DETAILS**: Location Bengaluru, Karnataka Company Koch Business Solutions India Career Field Accounting & Finance Job Number 117475
