**Our Team**

The OTC finance team at Koch Inc. oversees the complete Order-to-Cash process by managing customer orders, invoicing, and timely payment collection. They work to optimize cash flow and reduce credit risk through detailed accounts receivable analysis. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with sales and operations to resolve billing issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Credit, and Customer Service to resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile unapplied payments and work proactively to maintain clean customer accounts
- Support month-end close by ensuring all cash receipts are accurately posted within deadlines
- Provide documentation and insights to support audits and internal reviews

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in a shared services or corporate finance environment
- Exposure to Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
