Represent clients in direct and indirect tax litigation, including cases related to income tax other applicable tax laws.
- Handle tax assessments, audits, and appeals before tax authorities and judicial bodies, ensuring proper preparation of case materials and legal submissions.
- Provide legal advice on tax disputes, structuring, and compliance strategies to minimize litigation risks and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Prepare, review, and file responses to tax notices, appeals, and writ petitions, ensuring all submissions are legally sound and timely.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and tax experts to build strong legal arguments and prepare for hearings or settlement negotiations.
- Liaise with tax authorities, including attending hearings and providing legal representation during tax audits and disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax legislation and legal developments that may affect ongoing and future litigation.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents from a tax compliance and litigation perspective.
- Provide legal training and support to clients and junior team members on tax-related matters and litigation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Law graduate (LLB) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct and indirect tax litigation.
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws ,income tax, and other related tax regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing tax litigation cases, including dealing with tax authorities and representing clients in courts and tribunals.
- Experience in preparing legal documents such as petitions, appeals, submissions, and legal briefs related to tax matters.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal and tax issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong advocacy skills, including experience in court hearings and tribunal representations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative legal team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
