**Draup** is hiring a results-driven **Enterprise Account Executive** to drive new logo acquisition and accelerate growth of our Talent Use Cases.
**Role Overview**:
You will identify, develop, and close new business through active prospecting and collaboration with BDR and Marketing teams. Our large territories are rich with opportunity, and we seek a proven seller who can deliver immediate results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build a strong pipeline and maintain client relationships
- Deliver tailored product demos and consultative solutions
- Leverage research and data for relevant client presentations
- Employ consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
- Coach BDRs to optimize lead generation

**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of selling SaaS products
- 2+ years of experience selling software to HR Leaders
- SaaS sales experience with complex sales cycles
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal/written/visual)
- Process-driven and self-motivated
- Familiarity with workforce planning, talent acquisition, or talent intelligence preferred
**Salary & Benefits**:
- ** Base Salary**: $110,000 - $125,000 annually (depending on experience)
- ** Commission**: Performance-based, with an OTE of $220,000 - $240,000
- ** Benefits Package**: Health, Dental, 401(k), etc.
