Company Description

OpenIntervue is looking for a high-performing Account Executive - Enterprise to expand our presence in the enterprise segment. You'll be joining an early sales team, working directly with the CBO and an experienced business professional.

OpenIntervue is an AI-powered Recruitment Tech Stack that automates the end-to-end hiring process for large enterprises. Our AI recruiter, Pihu, conducts AI interviews with human-like intelligence, achieving 97.05% accuracy across multiple sectors, and also administers live coding assessments to streamline technical hiring at scale.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive - Enterprise, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing strategic enterprise accounts. You will engage with C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers to drive adoption of OpenIntervue’s AI-powered recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex, high-value sales cycles by engaging enterprise clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, CHROs, and senior HR leaders.
- Develop account strategies to penetrate large organizations and expand adoption.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls, solution presentations, and high-stakes negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams to tailor solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales discussions and handle long sales cycles.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption of OpenIntervue’s platform.
- Maintain detailed account plans and CRM records for pipeline management.
- Consistently meet and exceed multi-million revenue targets.

Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, including legal, procurement, and IT approvals.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Ability to drive high-value, consultative sales discussions.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV or equivalent ARR).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic account management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in enterprise sales (SaaS, HR Tech, or AI-driven solutions preferred).

Good to Have
- Experience in HR Tech, ATS, LXP/LMS, HRMS, or AI-driven recruitment solutions.
- Background in enterprise sales within fast-growing SaaS companies.
- Expertise in navigating RFPs, vendor approvals, and long sales cycles.
- Experience selling high-ticket B2B solutions with multiple stakeholders.
