1) Strong and perfection in **Drafting **is required.

3) All documentation work related to Joint Venture Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreement, Power Of Attorney, Sales deeds, Correction deeds, drafting and other legal work required.

4) Dealing Legal issues of Clients by coordinating with advocates & internal team

5) Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area.

6) Documentation work pertaining to all legal documents.

7) Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team.

8) Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business

9) Registration work

10) Prepare title search reports related to all property, litigations, ROC

11) RERA work.

12) To study cases of Highcourts, Supreme courts, district courts give anaylsis and reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
