BUS MAINTANANCE MANAGER

The Bus Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of the company's bus fleet. This role ensures that all vehicles are in safe and roadworthy condition, meet compliance standards, and are maintained cost-effectively. The manager supervises maintenance staff, schedules preventive maintenance, handles breakdowns, and maintains records of all repairs and inspections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely repairs and servicing of buses.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and order as required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and transport regulations are followed.
- Coordinate with operations team to minimize downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in fleet/bus maintenance management.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle systems.
- Good communication and team management skills. HINDI TELUGU ENGLISH ADDED ADVANTAGE
