**About Us**:

**We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support our agile development teams. The Scrum Master will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum adoption, ensuring teams understand the theory, practices, rules, and values of Scrum. This includes leading and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide, coach and motivate the team to increase productivity
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Communicate with stakeholders effectively to represent the team's progress and ensure the product owner is kept informed about progress and expected delivery dates
- Help the product owner prioritize features for new functionality and manage the backlog
- Oversee and manage the scope, timeline, quality, risks and outcomes of the projects
- Identify critical KPIs and prepare necessary reports
- Work with team members to address possible roadblocks and distractions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Scrum Master role
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Ability to solve complex problems with a high level of creativity
- Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira
- Prior experience working in a healthcare technology setting is a plus
