**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Scrum Master** to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process, removing obstacles, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software solutions on time. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and a passion for fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader to the development team, enabling them to deliver value effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Identify and resolve impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and implementing actionable feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, promoting open communication and trust within the team and with stakeholders.
- Track team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and report performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and principles, coaching team members as needed.
- Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to promote organizational alignment and scalability.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role in the IT industry.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.
- **Skills & Expertise**:

- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and Product Owners.
- **Additional Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with software development practices and lifecycle.
- Knowledge of mobile app development processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
