Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior
Business Analyst
to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in gathering requirements, creating BRD/FRD/SRS, and preparing wireframes. You should have hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum methodology and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create clear and detailed
    Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
  • Design
    wireframes, user flows, and mockups
    to visualize business requirements.
  • Work in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.
  • Support QA team in validating requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
  • Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
  • Ensure timely documentation and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a
    Junior Business Analyst
    (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
    .
  • Proficiency in preparing
    BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and wireframes
    .
  • Hands-on experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
