**Technical Proficiency**:

- Strong understanding of how social media platforms operate.
- Ability to plan and evaluate ROI on paid options for reaching the target audience via boosts and other methods.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

**Passion for Social Media**:

- Demonstrated enthusiasm for social media, evident in your work.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends to drive online business growth.
- Capability to devise effective, result-driven strategies for businesses across various industries.
- Experience in managing social media pages and growing followers, engagement, and reach.

**Content Creation**:

- Ability to create compelling and engaging content (posts, stories, videos) tailored to each platform - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Understanding of content calendars and the ability to plan and execute content schedules.
- Experience in writing for different tones and voices to match various brand identities.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent writing skills.
- Effective oral communication abilities.
- Basic client service skills to manage and interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to present social media strategies and performance reports to clients.

**Social Awareness**:

- Ability to integrate humor and satire to create engaging and likable posts.
- Awareness of recent news and developments to inform content creation.
- Sensitivity to cultural and social issues, ensuring content is respectful and inclusive.

**Creativity**:

- Willingness to experiment with various ideas and approaches.
- Ability to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and client needs quickly.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

Pay: ₹15,394.20 - ₹30,625.38 per month
