We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Future Varsity

Education Group. The Social Media Executive will play a crucial role in managing our brand's

for social media, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that

resonates with our target audience.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Create and schedule daily social media posts across various platforms, including

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to maintain a consistent brand

presence and engage our audience.
- Ensure basic hygiene across all brand channels by adhering to brand guidelines,

including maintaining consistent branding elements, tone of voice, and messaging.
- Repurpose existing content to maximize reach and engagement, utilizing strategies such

as content remixing, repackaging, and repurposing for different platforms and formats.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond

promptly and appropriately to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ideate and conceptualize social

media strategies, campaigns, and content calendars that align with brand objectives

and industry standards.
- Engage with different brand verticals within the organization to gather ideas and insights

for social media content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand

messaging and goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to

optimize content performance and drive real-time reach and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track key performance indicators

(KPIs), identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous

improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
