**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Conceptualization**: Develop innovative and effective design concepts that meet project goals and align with brand identity.
- **Design Development**: Create a wide range of visual content, including:

- **Print materials** - brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.
- **Visual Communication**: Use strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout to produce visually appealing and impactful designs.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all design work maintains consistency with brand guidelines and enhances overall brand identity.
- **Project & Time Management**: Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and managing priorities efficiently.
- **Tool Expertise**: Confidently use Canva as the primary design tool for creating and editing content.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Open to graduates from any stream with demonstrated creative skills.
- Minimum **1 year of professional experience** in graphic design is **required**.
- A strong and diverse **design portfolio** showcasing your creativity and execution across various media.
- Deep understanding of **typography**, **color palettes**, and **composition principles**.
- High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
