**Position**: Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for campaigns.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design concepts and ideas.
- Ensure all design outputs meet brand guidelines and are visually appealing.
- Assist with photo editing, color correction, and retouching as needed.
- Support senior designers in various projects and handle assigned tasks with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Internship experience in graphic design or relevant field.
- Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Understanding of social media platforms and design requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
