**Job Title**: Unisex Hairdresser / Hairstylist
**Location**: Elite Beauty Salon, Sector 61, Phase 7, SAS Nagar, Punjab

**Job Type**: Full-Time (In-Salon Only)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments for both men and women
- Suggest hairstyles and haircare routines according to client preferences and face shapes
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service and hygiene
- Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and offers
- Collaborate with the salon team for photoshoots, transformations, and marketing content
- Maintain tools, workstations, and salon cleanliness

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a hairdresser/stylist (unisex preferred)
- Strong knowledge of haircuts, color techniques, and styling tools
- Understanding of hair treatments (rebonding, keratin, smoothening, etc.)
- Friendly and professional behavior with excellent communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, or English)
- Ability to work in a team and handle clients confidently
- Must be punctual, creative, and passionate about hairstyling
