Job Title: Unisex Hairdresser / Hairstylist

Location: Elite Beauty Salon, Sector 61, Phase 7, SAS Nagar, Punjab

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Salon Only)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments for both men and women
• Suggest hairstyles and haircare routines according to client preferences and face shapes
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service and hygiene
• Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and offers
• Collaborate with the salon team for photoshoots, transformations, and marketing content
• Maintain tools, workstations, and salon cleanliness

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a hairdresser/stylist (unisex preferred)
• Strong knowledge of haircuts, color techniques, and styling tools
• Understanding of hair treatments (rebonding, keratin, smoothening, etc.)
• Friendly and professional behavior with excellent communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, or English)
• Ability to work in a team and handle clients confidently
• Must be punctual, creative, and passionate about hairstyling
