**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Handling escalated incidents and High critical tasks
- Technical transitions and documentation skills
- Implement and execute storage software patching capabilities
- Working within a defined Change Management framework
- Coordination of hardware maintenance with internal teams and external infrastructure providers
- Experience performing server and storage performance tuning and configuration in a large enterprise / corporate network environment
- Deliver assistance in analysing the trends and suggesting long-term and short-term improvements

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 7+ years, Storage Administration and/or Storage Engineer
- Provide NetApp NAS Arrays SME level guidance to wider storage team.
- Daily administration and operation of enterprise NetApp NAS storage devices.
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Storage and NAS and SAN infrastructure based on business requirements.
- NetApp CDOT storage Installation, Configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
- Good Knowledge on networking concepts
- Good experience in NetApp snaplock feature
- Good experience on CIFS, NFS, shares/quotas/Qtrees
- Handling escalated incidents and High critical tasks

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience in the following would be an asset
- NetApp Storage Certifications highly recommended
- SAN Network experience with Brocade switches
- ServiceNow/ITIL familiarity
- Fair written and verbal communication

Bachelor's Degree
