**Role and Responsibilities**
- Production planning, execution and achieving production targets & Ensure the Final Product Meets Quality Standards
- To ensure safety and good maintenance of plants and types of equipments and machines.
- Getting priority of jobs from planning and execute accordingly.
- Managing and supervising production workers
- Monitoring and controlling production costs
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Ability to motivate and supervise production workers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills

Service Resolution
- Call the service agents at all the locations.
- Ensuring complete resolution of the critical complaints with regards to the functioning of the product
- Visiting the local / up-country dealer locations and understanding their issues with regards to the service delivery if required.
- Monitoring the Technicians performance and ensuring they are updated on the various products through timely trainings and refreshers.
- Monitoring the technicians and allocating them the complaint sites / new installation sites and ensuring that all the service related issues are resolved within the agreed timelines.
- Ensuring the service technicians have adequate supply of spares and are always equipped to resolve the customer queries
- Ensuring complete root-cause analysis and solutioning to the recurring problems / customer complaints
- Giving feedback about the various products being serviced and suggesting action plans in case of repeat product issues / failures.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google sheets and Google Docs.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.

**Experience Required**:

- At least 4-5 years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
