Production Incharge

Location: Ram Nagar, Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a similar production supervisory role (wire rope/lifting solutions same industry experience mandatory)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and supervise production activities to meet daily and monthly targets
- Oversee manpower deployment, raw material usage, and equipment utilization to ensure optimal productivity
- Monitor machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues in coordination with maintenance teams
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and promote workplace safety standards
- Maintain coordination with Quality, Stores, and Procurement departments for smooth operations
- Ensure documentation of daily production reports, shift records, and production KPIs

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality control standards
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy with reporting tools and ERP systems preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
