QA/QC Incharge (Quality Assurance / Control)

Location: Ram Nagar, Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a quality leadership role in a similar industry same industry experience mandatory.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Incharge who will be responsible for leading the quality department and ensuring all products meet specified technical and customer requirements. The role involves establishing quality systems, guiding the QA/QC team, handling customer audits, and managing inspection documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control systems and inspection protocols
- Lead the quality team and train them on testing procedures and product quality standards
- Conduct internal audits and collaborate with production on defect prevention
- Analyze customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong command over quality management systems and inspection techniques
- Hands-on experience with measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometers, etc.)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and quality specifications
- Leadership in managing teams and customer quality interactions
- Report writing and analytical thinking skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
