JD: Social Media Executive cum Digital Marketer

Role & responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational

objectives.

Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to captivate our

audience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.

Manage social media channels effectively, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring

engagement.

Take complete ownership of all social media channels to improve brand awareness, reach,

engagement, popularity, networking and lead generation.

Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and monitor industry trends, competition, and

audience sentiments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns

and initiatives.

Continuously analyze social media metrics and performance to refine strategies and improve

results.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to maintain

OpusModo's competitive edge.

Bachelor's degree or minimum 12th Pass.

1+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development,

content creation, brand building and audience engagement.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms, features, and best

practices.

Proficiency in utilizing designing and content tools such as Photoshop, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling

content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven

decisions.

Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and

emerging technologies.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities

effectively.

**Salary**:
1.20 lpa - 1.80 lpa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
