**Job Overview**:
As our Digital Media Marketing Manager at White Rock Immigration, you'll be the architect of our digital presence, responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing content across various digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Curation**: Stay updated on industry trends and curate relevant content to keep our audience informed and engaged.
- **Digital Advertising**: Plan, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms to generate leads and maximize ROI.
- **Lead Conversion**: Use data-driven insights and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and guide them through the conversion funnel, ultimately driving sales and brand loyalty.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Regularly analyze the performance of digital campaigns, using data to refine strategies and make informed decisions.
- **Budget Management**: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spending for maximum impact.

**Eligibility**:

- Proficiency in English Language & Communication
- Adept in Digital Growth of Brand
- Skilled in designing and executing effect Ad Creatives (such as reels, posters, banners) on Meta.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms Facebook Ads.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing digital landscapes.
- Proficient skills in Photo Editing, Video Making and Editing
- Familiarity with Professional Softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro
