**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow company presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Ads**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Collaborative Initiatives**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
