We are Hiring Marketing Executive (Field Work)

**Location**: Bathinda

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are a leading diagnostic lab dedicated to providing quality healthcare services. We are expanding our reach to rural areas and are looking for dynamic Marketing Executives to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Field Marketing**:

- Conduct visits to villages and rural areas to promote our diagnostic services.
- Engage with local communities, village leaders, and health influencers to build awareness about our lab services.

2. **Coordination with Public Relations Officers**:

- Work closely with public relations officers to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
- Plan outreach activities, events, and health camps in coordination with PR teams.

3. **Footfall Generation**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase patient footfall at our diagnostic centers.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

4. **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, including outreach efforts, campaign success, and community feedback.
- Present insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

5. **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the lab and the community to ensure a positive image and trust.

6. **Incentive Driven Performance**:

- Achieve monthly targets for footfall and outreach, with the opportunity to earn extra incentives based on performance.
- Continuously seek new opportunities to expand our reach and increase the lab's visibility in rural areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in healthcare or rural marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
