We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team The ideal candidate will assist in the planning execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement across various digital channels Key Responsibilities Content Creation Management Develop and curate engaging content for social media email campaigns blogs and other marketing channels Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets Social Media Management Manage and grow company presence on platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns Search Engine Optimization SEO Paid Ads Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Email Marketing Create and send newsletters and promotional campaigns using email marketing platforms Analyze email performance and optimize for better results Analytics Reporting Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborative Initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Meta Business Suite Canva Hootsuite or similar Strong understanding of SEO SEM and social media advertising Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience with WordPress or other content management systems Basic graphic design and video editing skills Certification in Google Ads Facebook Ads or similar platforms is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity for professional growth and development Flexible work schedule and remote working options How to Apply Interested candidates please send your resume and a brief cover letter to Insert Email Address or apply directly through Indeed Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
