**Urgent Vacancy Store Executive**

**Dhanvanthri Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Mahape Navi Mumbai.**

**CTC: 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA.**

**Responsibilities**
- Physical Verification of Stock
- Overall management of Store activities
- Organizing the day-to-day stores and purchase works of all materials, incoming and outgoing.
- Updating all the stores ledgers manually & computerized and reconciliation.
- Generating Invoices for outward material/sales in Tally.
- Challan preparation and closure.
- Generating various reports like daily, monthly and quarterly consumption reports.
- Analysis of wastage and consumption pattern of the consumables and feedback to the concerned HOD.
- Yearly work stock valuation, Inventory control, and record keeping.
- Monthly reconciliation of material with the production department.
- Checking All Materials inward
- Ensuring the Supplier’s bill is checked with physical material received.
- Proper storing and codifying materials to ensure good housekeeping & 5S across the plant and stores.
- Submit monthly reports, i.e. monthly stock statement
- Continuous cost cutting.
- Raising & approving purchase orders from the management.

**Education**:
Any Graduate with Tally ERP-9

**Experience**:
3-4 years of experience in purchase & stores.

**Preferably from Conveyors system suppliers, Material handling Equipment & Automation, Overhead cranes.**
