**Job Title: System Tester**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Test Planning and Strategy**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
- Develop and implement effective test strategies based on project specifications.

**Test Execution**:

- Execute test cases, both manual and automated, to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our systems.
- Identify, isolate, and document defects in a clear and concise manner.

**Automation**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency.
- Continuously explore opportunities for test automation and implement best practices.

**Regression Testing**:

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers and other team members to understand the technical aspects of the project and provide valuable input during the development process.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
- Contribute to the improvement of the overall testing process and participate in knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
