**Overview**

We are looking for a **Digital Reputation Strategist** **with 4-8 years of experience** to join our central digital reputation team. The team will have reputation strategists, data analysts, creatives, and influencer relations professionals and will be at the heart of a new **data-driven, counsel-led, impact-focused digital reputation offering.**

**Core Responsibilities**
- Partner with several internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic and creative solutions for clients
- Play a key role in business development by analyzing search and social media data, undertaking industry research, understanding the client's reputation opportunities and challenges, and building and presenting data-driven, counsel-led, impact-focused pitches
- Tap into the expertise of internal digital, data, production, and communication teams and build a network of external tool vendors and delivery partners to design and deliver robust digital reputation solutions to our clients

**Required Skills**:
**Overall**
- Strong strategic and digital acumen, expertise in search and social media data analytics, and strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and nurture positive working relationships with clients, internal peers, and external partners
- Demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, self-motivation, time management, and eagerness to learn new skills and mindsets
- A deep understanding of both digital and analytics on one hand and corporate reputation and strategic communication on the other hand

**Digital & Data Expertise**
- Social, search, network, and text analytics
- Influencer, key opinion leader, and constituency mapping and engagement
- Content and creative design and development
- Message scaling via targeted paid marketing and list building

**Reputation & Communication Expertise**
- Journalism or communication background in business, technology, public policy, sustainability, or social impact
- Experience working with complex industries like infrastructure, energy, healthcare, financial services, and education
- Experience working with new economy businesses like FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, PropTech, and EnterpriseTech
- Experience in working with government, political, and advocacy organizations
- Multi-lingual reading and writing fluency in English and one or more Indian languages
