Communications Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Communications Strategist to help shape the company's external perception and internal narrative. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate communications, brand management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the company's corporate communication and brand positioning strategy
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging framework across all touchpoints
  • Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance
  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier media and stakeholders
  • Manage online reputation through monitoring and sentiment analysis

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries
  • Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling
  • Familiarity with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening
  • Proven experience launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives
