**Job Title**: Technical Support Representative - Chat

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Location**: Goregaon East, Mumbai

**Number of Positions**: 9

**Start Date**: April 22nd

**Application Deadline**: April 14th

**Minimum Qualification**: 12th Pass

**Salary Range**: Up to 45k CTC (40k take home)

**Shift**: US shift hours, 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to customers via chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries and concerns.
- Utilize ticketing tools such as Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent English communication skills in all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12th Pass qualification.
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools like Zendesk.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in US shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Telecom support experience is not desired for this role.
