As a Chat Process Executive, you will **interact with customers via chat, providing assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience.**

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Engage with customers through chat to address inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Learn and incorporate feedback to improve performance and skills.

**Qualifications: -**
- **Freshers** with a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in **written English communication.**:

- A strong desire to learn and grow in a customer service role.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
