**Job Title**: Operation Executive

**Reports to**: Operations Manager

**Job Summary**: The Operation Executive is responsible for supporting the operational activities of a mutual fund distributor office. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, and switches.
- Monitor and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all client transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation.
- **Client Servicing**:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide information on mutual fund products.
- Assist clients with account setup, modifications, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of risk management policies.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports.
- **Coordination and Support**:

- Coordinate with various internal departments such as sales, marketing, and finance, CRM, RM, MIS to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing client meetings and events.
- **Technology and System Management**:

- Utilize financial software and systems to process transactions and manage client accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed.
- Suggest improvements to operational processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in mutual funds or investment management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and financial markets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with financial software systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

CRM

Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in mutual fund industry or similar as CRM

Educational Qualification
- Graduate with economics, commerce background. Post-graduation in economics or MBA in Finance or equivalent & Sales. Customer Service.

Skill Set Required
- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships
- Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
- Creating and executing retention campaigns
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience

Salary
- Anywhere between Rs 15,000 to 30,000/
- Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
