As a **Systems Administrator**, you will be responsible for managing data integrations, ensuring swift resolution of any issues that arise and to take initiative to solve 1st and 2nd line system-related queries.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Set and monitor access management, change management, and controls within NetSuite. Using roles, permissions, and global permissions to ensure data security with the goal of complying with Segregation of Duties (SoD) audits.
- Key point of contact for 1st and 2nd line systems support, managing JIRA helpdesk support tickets providing end-user support, user access, troubleshooting issues and successfully resolving all tickets in a timely manner.
- Implement NetSuite to additional subsidiaries and acquired businesses.
- Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite.
- Create and execute tests in Sandbox to be utilized prior to upgrades, ensuring all the functionality works as expected and without interruption.
- Maintain and document configurations and customizations of NetSuite (workflow process maps/ approvals/ Delegation of Authority Matrix (DAM)) - in conjunction with the internal audit team.
- Communicate with the organization on new releases into NetSuite and the potential impacts of those releases.
- Own and support Master Data Management (MDM) within the NetSuite environment at both group and local level.
- Work closely with the onshore group of NetSuite super-users to continuously improve the user experience.
- Manage month-end close process from an ERP perspective (including documentation of process and communications to end users).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.

**Key Requirements for this role**:

- ** Overall 5+ years of experience **with a minimum of **3+ years** of experience working with performance of NetSuite administrative functions
- Strong experience in customization of forms, fields, and reports, creating saved searches, dashboards, workflows, employee access management and financial process support.
- Experience working in project teams using waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Great communication skills, able to build strong relationships across finance, wider business.
- Experience of subscription-based businesses and associated business processes is an advantage.
- Forward thinking, self-motivated attitude, able to work both autonomously and as a team.
