1. **Tracking Production Data**
- **Inputting Production Numbers**: Data Entry Operators input production volumes, hours worked, shift schedules, and other production-related metrics into the system.
- **Tracking Performance**: Recording and updating key performance indicators (KPIs), such as output per hour, downtime, and efficiency rates.

2. **Inventory Management**
- **Monitoring Raw Materials**: Entering data about raw material usage, stock levels, and inventory movements.
- **Stock Updates**: Ensuring that the system is updated with information regarding the quantities of parts or materials used in production, as well as finished goods inventory.

3. **Quality Control Data**
- **Recording Quality Checks**: Entering data from quality control inspections, such as the number of defective items, quality testing results, and compliance with standards.
- **Tracking Issues**: Logging defects, rework, or scrap data to help identify areas that require improvement.

4. **Production Schedules and Shift Data**
- **Updating Shift Logs**: Recording shift times, worker attendance, and overtime.
- **Scheduling Information**: Inputting production schedules, machine availability, and maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- **Tracking Delays**: Keeping track of any delays or disruptions in production and entering relevant information into the system.

5. **Maintenance Tracking**
- **Recording Machine Maintenance Data**: Updating records for machine or equipment maintenance, repairs, or downtime.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Inputting scheduled maintenance activities and making sure records reflect completed or upcoming tasks to avoid breakdowns.

6. **Production Reporting**
- **Generating Reports**: Data Entry Operators may assist in the creation of production reports, providing management with summaries of daily, weekly, or monthly production activities.
- **Documenting Issues**: Logging any discrepancies, malfunctions, or bottlenecks that may affect production timelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
