**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Input**: Accurately input data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, forms) into computer systems or databases.
- **Data Verification**: Review and verify the accuracy of entered data by cross-referencing with original documents or other sources.
- **Maintain Databases**: Update and maintain databases or spreadsheets, ensuring the data is current and correct.
- **Organize Information**: Categorize and organize data for easy access and retrieval.
- **Data Quality Control**: Monitor and perform routine checks to ensure data integrity and address discrepancies when found.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain records of data entries, including detailed logs of all completed tasks and corrections made.
- **Report Generation**: Produce reports, summaries, or statistics from the data as required by management or other departments.
- **Confidentiality**: Ensure that all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately according to company guidelines and data protection laws.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments or team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry for business operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or other data management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., scanner, printer).
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Any Graduate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
