A **Computer Data Entry Operator** is responsible for entering and managing data into computer systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves transcribing, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring that all information is correct, up-to-date, and accessible. Data Entry Operators play a vital role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of an organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Input data into systems, spreadsheets, and databases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update and verify data in systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Enter numerical, textual, or other forms of data based on the specific requirements of the department.
- **Data Verification and Quality Control**:

- Review and verify data before entering it into the system to ensure there are no discrepancies.
- Cross-check data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Correct any errors found in the data entry process.
- **Maintaining Records**:

- Keep accurate and organized records of all data entered into the system.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Follow company procedures for filing and archiving documents and data.
- **Handling Data**:

- Collect, process, and store data in a secure and structured manner.
- Ensure that sensitive or confidential information is handled with care and complies with data protection regulations.
- Retrieve and provide data from the database or filing system when requested by the relevant departments or personnel.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
