The hiring company undertakes turnkey projects in the fields of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning. It is the authorized channel partner of Trane, Daikin, Carrier Equipment. They have more than 1600TR of air-conditioning plants under its regular annual maintenance. They have handled HVAC Installations at PVR Europa LOUNGE MGF MALL, Gurgaon; Schools; Recording Studios; Call Centres; Biotech Parks; Software Parks; Hotels/ Motels; Shopping Malls; Residential Buildings; Hospitals, etc.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer calls, queries, complaints, feedbacks and giving service information/ guidance and resolving issues
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Calling & visiting Customers and follow-ups for pending payments
- Customer reconciliation
- Identify and suggest process improvements for better customer satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: Bachelors (Any stream)
- Experience: Min 2 year in a customer service role
- Working knowledge of Excel and CRM software or any other customer support tools (preferred).
- Field Visit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
