**Introduction**:
we have a Ecommerce business. We sell products online. We have our own websites. Here we want the person who can call those customer who booked orders on our stores.
1. call for confirmation of the placed order..that customer want it or not.
2. To resolve customer doubt if any at the time of call.
3. cross check the placed order details (address, order ordered product Quantities, multple orders, other issues)

**Requirment**:
1. Good Communication skill (English (average), hindi good and professional.
2. 12th or **graduate (preferred)**
3. Full computer knowledge( excel, operate full computer without any issue, internet knowledge)

**Conditions**:
1. **Training **:Provide one week unpaid training. if you failed then we reject you. if you complet the training then these days will be counted as paid.
2. **7 days working**:week off available
3. **No Gazetted holiday **:26th Jan, 15th Aug, 2nd Oct. (only holi and Diwali holiday available);
4. **Timing**: 8:30AM to 5:30PM (Fixed) Lunch (1:30PM - 2:10PM)
5. **No leaves for 3 Month on provisional period**..if you take any leave then its unpaid. After 3month 1.5 leaves are credit in your account.

**Salary 8K to 13K (Depend on interview or experience)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

- Hindi (preferred)
