**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain customer database with updated contact information.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Report feedback, issues, and trends to the team leader/manager.
- Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required — e.g., Hindi, English, Punjabi].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Good listening skills and a polite, confident phone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
