**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain the company’s project and answer queries.
- Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and site visits.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support, or Sales Executive preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
