**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Handle inquiries related to admissions, courses, and events.
- Maintain records of student inquiries and follow-ups.
- Manage daily attendance logs and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and official documents.
- Provide basic support for meetings and events, including scheduling and coordination.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum **12th pass** or **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline.
- **1-2 years of experience** in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and basic computer operations.
- Strong **verbal and written communication** skills in Hindi & English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a **customer-friendly approach**.
- Ability to **multi-task** and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A **positive attitude, professional appearance, and punctuality** are a must.
