Job Title: Service In Charge

**Profile**:
Handle and address client issues
Proactively monitor sites and give regular updates to management and client
Coordination with OEMs, vendors and manufacturers
Responsible for service stocks
Liaison with external agencies for site approvals
Quality check for new projects before handing over
Troubleshoot and document including RCA

Handling and scheduling service engineers and technicians

Qualification: B.Tech EEE

Job Location: Kochi
