Shop In-charge

We urgently require male employees for the billing and sales section in our four shops.
Working Time 9:25 AM to 9:00 PM (Ideally, the employees may leave only after closing the shop and sending the report)
**Responsibilities**
- The sales bill must be printed accurately.
- Daily report should be recorded correctly.
- The purchase should be properly received.
- Stock should be taken every week and must be reported to the HO.
- Sales+ Accounts+ Outstanding Report of the branch should be submitted to the HO every evening.
- Stock required for the branch must be arranged properly.
- Check whether the stock is available in any other branch and move it to the branch required. If the ordered item is not available in other branches, inform the purchase team in HO and arrange it properly.
- Best selling products should be arranged in advance before they are sold out completely.
- Aging stock should be sold by the sales boys.
- Cross check whether red alert is written for the products received for service.
- Bill should not be printed without writing the order form.
- Payment of the products and services must be obtained from the customer.
- It should be ensured that the products with warranty are to be properly collected and handed over to the service/replacement team at the HO, and returned on time after the service.
- Ensure that the sales team is writing the walking report properly.
- Offer recharge service to customers who visit the shop to recharge their mobile phones.
- Make sure the shop is always live. (Always play light music in the shop at low volume, check whether that the display is working properly, ensure that the office and premises are neat and clean)
- Be alert regarding trespassers at the shop.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
